FREE SHIPPING
Orders of $150 or more ship for free.   All packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.  Currently, we do not ship internationally.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Orders received after 2PM EST will not be picked up until the following business day.  Customers will receive an email with the tracking number for their package.  Prep Baseball is not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange or return purchases in unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days from the item’s delivery date.   Please indicate the reason for returning on the original packing slip.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Returns past 30 days will not be accepted.  Holiday returns will be accepted through January 15, 2025.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges need to be initiated within 30 days from delivery.  Please indicate the size/color you are exchanging on the original packing slip.  Once your return has been received, your item will be mailed to you.

If your return is within 30 days, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
